Crayon is a film production company founded in 2012 that seeks to mix the artistic spirit in problem solving. Following the desire to do campaigns and projects with a non-cliché communication aproach, Crayon would like to be a synonym for quality in adding creative value to brands.
We developed a new brand identity for Crayon that reflects their values and current moment. The visual system was designed to portray Crayon's artistic vision but at the same time not suppress the individuality of each film. We created brand assets that were inspired by elements from the film/photography universe (such as depth, frames, movement and lens flare). The typography system consists in a mixture of serif and sans-serif fonts and is used in a way to give rhythm and a sophisticated aesthetic to the identity.
